Danica Maksimović is a thirty-two-year-old artist born in Kosovska Gračanica, Kosovo, but she has lived and worked in Niš, Serbia for the past 16 years. There are more than 25 of these villages in Bosnia and Herzegovina, each unique in its own way, but they all share a rich gastronomic offering. Visiting them gives the impression that time has stood still.
