Ema is a trained Balkan Diskurs correspondent and a peace peer educator. She is actively involved in youth work and projects that promote dialogue, understanding and positive social values. In her local community, she takes initiatives and participates in projects that aim to encourage young people to make positive social changes. She is particularly motivated by working on activities that contribute to the empowerment of young people and the building of a society based on cooperation, solidarity and mutual understanding.
