Matija is a Balkan Diskurs trained correspondent from Sarajevo. He is studying Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and at the University of Belgrade. Since 2017, he has been a member of European Youth Parliament in Bosnia and Herzegovina where he takes on various roles in projects in multiple European countries. He was a Board Member, and a President of the Organization, as well as a National Coordinator and Head Trainer of the “Understanding Europe” project in BiH, initiated by Schwarzkopf Foundation. Passionate about public speaking, he won many debating awards during high school.
