Ilma is a trained Balkan Diskurs correspondent from Zavidovići, a political scientist educated at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Sarajevo. Through engagement in the Boris Divković Foundation and volunteer work at the faculty, she gained experience in researching political and social topics, drafting bills and administrative work. She is particularly interested in investigative journalism and political literacy as key aspects of a democratic society.
