Nejla is a trained Balkan Diskurs correspondent from Bugojno. She is an active member of many youth initiatives. She is involved in projects focused on social engagement, youth work and the development of civic competences. She is particularly dedicated to writing and research, through which she develops an interest in media work and communication. Nejla actively participates in the planning and implementation of educational activities, training and youth programs. In addition to formal education, she further improves her skills through a music school, where she develops creativity, discipline and team spirit. She is interested in project management, event organization and working with people, and sees her engagement as an opportunity to contribute to positive changes in the community.
