Vanja Šunjić is a journalist, activist and writer. Through her involvement, which focuses on contemporary art and the culture of resistance, she questions new perspectives and common denominators of the common cultural space, possibilities of clearing up with the past and visions of a common future. She writes for several domestic and regional media, where she publishes both literary and film criticism. She is the founder and first editor of the “Novikonjic.ba” portal. She is the co-founder of the literary, queer group “Književna Zadruga” and the author of the book “The heart is in the form of a triangle”. She is this year’s winner of the Traduki award in Tirana.
