Ahmedin was born in 1990 in Srebrenica where he works and lives with his family. As a five-year-old boy, he survived the genocide, in which he lost his grandfather, uncle and numerous relatives. He is employed at the Srebrenica Memorial Center, where he works on video archiving and photography projects.
