A new film, Sympathy for the Devil, will examine the experiences of the journalists reporting from the front-line in BiH. Balkan Diskurs sat down with co-producer Amra Bakšić Čamo to discuss the upcoming film and her experiences working in the Bosnian film industry.
Some key questions to ask when analyzing the role of the objective local media in BiH is: How marginalized are those outlets that are reporting to the public and do they serve any other purpose than that of marketing and political promotion?

The role of local media in each community is of paramount importance. They should serve as a link between the local community and the public and act as means of communication between municipalities or cantons and their citizens.
