Aldemar (24) is a psychology student from Sarajevo who is actively engaged in work in the non-governmental sector. Through his activism, he works on issues concerning young people, their development, their position in society and the improvement of opportunities for their active participation in the community. His interest in psychology and social engagement is focused on understanding human behavior, interpersonal relationships and social processes that affect the daily life of young people. Through various initiatives and activities in civil society, he strives to contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and supportive social environment. He is particularly motivated by working with people and the opportunity to contribute to positive changes in the community through various social spheres.
