Antonia is a student at the University of Regensburg, Germany, pursuing an MA in Democracy Studies. During her studies she has developed a special interest in the research fields of Political Cultures and Historical Legacies and their implications on societal developments today. In her work, she has focused specifically on the regions of Central and Eastern and Southeastern Europe. Antonia is writing her Master’s Thesis on the elite-induced attempt of constructing nationalism in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and hopes to continue working in the field of post-conflict research and democratization in the future.
