Cameron is currently in the final year of his master’s programme in Central & East European, Russian & Eurasian Studies at the Universities of Glasgow and Sarajevo. His main academic focuses are on the contemporary politics of the Western Balkans, European integration, contested statehood, and ethnic minorities. He is also a board member for the Community Help & Advice Initiative charity based in Edinburgh, as well as a freelance journalist. After completing his master’s studies, he plans to continue working and living within the Western Balkans, with the aim of furthering his work as a journalist, as well as working in the field of international relations.
