Media Literacy of Youth and Resistance to Media Manipulation

The Post-Conflict Research Center is proud to present this video that aims to raise awareness about the lack of media integrity and transparency in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This video was developed during the youth workshop “Media Literacy and Resisting Manipulation”, which was attended by 15 young people from across the country. Balkan Diskurs activities are supported by the Center for Independent Journalism Budapest (CIJ) under the European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) and Rising Voices.

Twenty-eight-year-old Maja Milijaš is one of the youngest PhD holders in our country. Despite offers to go abroad and work, she chose to stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the country where she was born, grew up, studied, and has now started her family.
