Media Literacy of Youth and Resistance to Media Manipulation

The Post-Conflict Research Center is proud to present this video that aims to raise awareness about the lack of media integrity and transparency in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This video was developed during the youth workshop “Media Literacy and Resisting Manipulation”, which was attended by 15 young people from across the country. Balkan Diskurs activities are supported by the Center for Independent Journalism Budapest (CIJ) under the European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) and Rising Voices.

Velma Šarić and the Bosnian Peace Organization Win International Peacebuilding Award

The Post-Conflict Research Center (PCRC), and its founder and president Velma Šarić, were awarded the first “Local Peacebulider” award yesterday in Washington, D.C., where they were once again recognized as the leading organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina for building sustainable peace, preventing violent conflict, and promoting human rights.
