Elaine is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and minors in Humanistic Studies as well as European Studies at Princeton University, where she is an editor of the legal journal and the co-organizer of an oral history project about religious migrants. Her research interest lies in the role of religions in post-conflict societies, which drew her to Bosnia and Herzegovina. After her undergraduate studies, she plans to attend law school and work in international human rights law in the future.
